Outpatient Programs
Early Recovery (Intensive Outpatient)
The first phase of outpatient treatment, appropriate for clients that cannot enter into a residential program or have other restraints such as work or family commitments. The group focuses on stabilization in sobriety, basic education on addiction and recovery, initial contacts and integration of 12-Step including meetings, locating a sponsor and beginning step work, developing a sober support network and a wellness evaluation to determine the best course of action with an individual treatment plan to prevent relapse.
The program is developed individually with each client and includes Wellness Education, Relapse Prevention and Recovery, and Individual Coaching and Therapy.
Sober Living: Basic Building Blocks for Sobriety
The second phase of outpatient treatment, appropriate for clients that have completed Early Recovery/ an IOP program or a 28-day residential program. The group focuses on the integration of balance into daily recovery, sober living skills, addressing co-occurring concerns and managing other case management issues. Client continue developing sober support and a recovery community as well as 12-Step Integration.
Recovery Skills: Emotional & Spiritual Sobriety

6:00 – 8:00 pm
The third phase of outpatient treatment is appropriate for clients that have completed Early Recovery & Sober Living, or a 28-day residential program followed by Outpatient treatment. The group parameters also require that each client work with an individual therapist and a sponsor in a 12-Step program. The group focuses on maintaining emotional and spiritual balance in sobriety through a variety of skills and readings including an emphasis on self-care. The group integrates and elaborates on the basic building blocks of recovery with work on family of origin issues, relationships concerns, communication, emotional regulation and spiritual connection.
Relapse Prevention & Recovery
Fridays
6:00 – 8:00 pm
The group is appropriate for clients that have completed previous treatment and are struggling with continued sobriety and recovery. Clients complete a comprehensive relapse history to uncover the relationship between basic building blocks, health history, emotional concerns and legal issues to move forward into recovery.
